This hotel in Venice is a real gem! the location couldn't be better - it's not far from a vaporetto station, making it very convenient to explore the city. Secondly, the staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms are lovely, with a nice bathroom and some even offer a beautiful garden view. And let's not forget the breakfast - it's a real treat with an assortment of fresh and tasty options.
All in all, everything about this hotel was absolutely fine.

Good location, near the university and public transportation. Three supermarkets within walking distance. Prompt communication with helpful staff. Room had kettle, fridge, and free milk/juice. Pleasant guesthouse with friendly owners. Great neighborhood with bars, cafes, and cultural attractions. Market square nearby with fresh produce.

I had an amazing stay at a hidden gem just off the canal. The location was perfect, close to all the main sights but away from the major tourist attractions. The room was quiet, modern, and spacious, a great place to relax at the end of the day. The facilities were great, with wifi, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. The host, Maria, was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to ensure I had a perfect stay.
The difficulty in getting to the guesthouse with heavy luggage was a bit of a challenge.

The location of this guest house is fantastic for exploring this city. It is close to all the main sights without being too close, awesome for an authentic Venetian experience. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was perfect. The staff were great, providing excellent service.
For us, it was ideal.
